To love another person consists of three things:

1) a desire for the good of that person

2) warm affections towards that person

3) a giving of one’s self to serve or better the condition of that person

7 steps to adopting a Proper Human Diet

1. stop all added sugar & most natural sugars

2. stop all grains & beans

3. stop all veg. seed oils

4. fill at least half of plate with meat, seafood, eggs

5. eat until full

6. stop snacking between meals

7. avoid buying food with more than 5 ingredients.
