On episode 5 of our podcast “Community Matters” in 2021 we shared insights into how several Community Health Centres in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada coordinated during COVID-19 lockdowns to ensure that vulnerable members of the community were still able to receive same day care for moving health issues, as needed. When many other health care providers were closing down or seriously reducing non-COVID19 services, Community Health Centres across Canada stepped to innovate and ensure a high level of ongoing care and support.
