I am not trying to be stone thrower. Just want to make sure the team is aware of the issues.

It’s an extremely bad look for lighting

I am a huge fan of nostr:npub1cashappn03s3cl2ljsdntv0v28e2um5lgx4vjctqjt23pcwzjhsqmtdg5l , but I would like to point out that the Lightning experience has degraded to the point that it is almost unusable.

The service seems to be getting worse. Transactions are not instant, but rather get hung up as “pending.” They remain in pending for varying amounts of time, sometimes days.

I have been using Cashapp’s LN w/d for a long time, and it’s clear to me the service is getting worse. It’s almost like it has been neglected?

The problem spans all wallets. The photo below shows a transaction from yesterday that has already cleared but remains in “pending.” The other transaction is to a different wallet from an hour ago…it has not processed.

Cashapp needs to be “best in class,” but something is clearly going wrong IMO.

Anybody else experiencing this?
