One of the more challenging experiences for me in #Polyamory is holding space both "new relationship energy" and break-up grief at the same time. There are no scripts, there's few chances to see it modeled in popular culture or even literature, and negotiating the blurry boundaries around this takes a lot of emotional labor.
I was incredibly lucky to get to have a gorgeous, genuinely sweet girl in my life for a year, but she has struggled to get a handle on her substance use disorder and needed to focus on her recovery for a long while. So we broke up and I have cried and cried and cried, grieving the lost dreams we had together.
At the same time, about a month or so ago, I started dating the enchanting and endearingly misanthropic nostr:npub16v6gvk03f3u069lanhzd0ckqgjzzc6xl6q0gufmd3xvw622sml3srge48z . I have all sorts of excitement and joy at what is emerging and growing between us, and yet it's hard to make sure I don't turn to her to replace what I lost or cross the healthy boundaries a relationship needs.
So, my progesterone has begun clumping up into the forbidden candy bar. I keep it out of the sun and away from heat...but it is still blobifying.
Any suggestions on how to prevent blobification with micronized progesterone?

One of the first major policy changes he made was to remove the policy banning posts that misgender people or that engage in targeted harassment against trans folks. And he restored a bunch of accounts that specifically are about drumming up hate crimes against trans people (e.g. Libs of TikTok).
Before he bought Twitter, his daughter came out as trans and changed her last name disowning him because he's been such a transphobic jerk to her. And after his former partner Grimes left him, there was gossip she was seen dating a famous trans woman. So, rather than go to therapy or stop being a bigot, he becomes the most divorced dad ever, lights billions of dollars on fire, and sets out to destroy the only public online space trans folks (and Black folks, as you point out) could hold people to some account. 😓
