This note is one of my favorites I've read on here. I'm newer to nostr and I love fine clothing. I hate cheap textiles and favorite clothes that fall apart or fit differently after a few washings. Fiat clothing is all around me in this town. That is all that is for sale. If I want something nice, I have to make it or find it at a thrift store because its old. I also hate clothes that have a specific function and doesn't do their job. Like a winter jacket with out a snow skirt.
Making gingerman cookie this week and can't get my hands on any molasses. The stores have been cleaned out.

My toddler insisted on sitting on the throne for a very long time. Seemed like forever. Went in to wipe him up and he must of had 20 ft skinny turds in the toilet. So much poopHours later and I'm still in awe. I don't even poop that much.

I don't know about free birthing, but birthing at home with a midwife is awesome.
I eat eggs almond every day for breakfast, and they're always pasture-raised. I used to not really care much for eggs in my teens and throughout most of my adulthood. But years ago, I thought people on the internet who posted about how they only bought pasture-raised eggs were just being snobby, and then I tasted some. Good tasting eggs is the difference between forcing them down and enjoying every bite.
Yeah, I figured it out after I read some of your notes... For me, they are my daily footwear for now... Something about dragging kids down the side of the road if there is a car wreck or unforeseen disaster warrants the bunny boots whenever I go out.

Didn't know you were in Maine. Bunny boots are overkill. But seriously, they are the best for "real" winters. The kind of winter where 0F feels like a heat wave.
The public schools in my area give teachers very little freedom to discuss topics unless its directly out of the curriculum. Its really sad.
When I was a kid my mom battled cancer for four years before she died at age 40. People were like, "She was so young." I thought back then she was so old.
Well, now, I'm an adult think "She was so young." She was barely getting wrinkles.
Having toilet paper is good enough. It doesn't matter.
