It’s really important to break free from the “world is fucked up and ending” outrage cycle.

That mentality is paralyzing.

Actively engaging on nostr has improved my mental health. I've been using it actively for two month now. It is my first time using a social platform where I'm not just lurking. Some of the effects I've noticed:

- I've become much more open and sharing, less inhibited, on here and IRL.

- Feeling love and appreciation for other users I've never met personally.

- Feeling more love and appreciation IRL, and expressing this.

- My perspective changed, I see more of the good in people, society, life and our world, on here and IRL.

- Feeling more optimistic for the future and looking forward to it.
