If I were Joe I’d wanna retire too. But timing seems spicy.

God for real. We told all our remote workers see you Monday. Focused on internal operations.

It really makes you consider your choices. Cloud solutions are great but when you hit this scenario. You are shit out of luck. You have no real answers.

I sense a shift back to on prem in the near future. Orgs can only keep getting these hits so many times before the costs are too much from downtime.

This is one of the worst IT situations I have been apart of.

This is frustrating because we spend so much of our days making sure we keep everyone going. But when these things happen we have no say in the matter. We do our best but someone made a choice. We run patches one set behind to avoid this. But this bypassed that. So our safe guards are at the mercy of these corporations.

Then we answer to those that look to us in our community and work. It’s a reflection on us to those non technical folks.

Same here. But spent the last 12 hours getting our hospital somewhat operational. So I think we saved our weekends. Fingers crossed.

Crowdstrike just ruined my Friday. Who needs sleep.

It’s Wednesday my dudes.

But sure feels like a Monday. Been a tough week.

Pup is growing up so fast.

This place is still so amazing. Everyone is just so god damn nice to each other.

Whew took a break. Now I’m back. How’s everyone been?

Twitter is just a big room with people yelling from both sides at each other and the user is just trapped in the middle.

It’s too bad cause some of the content I enjoy was easily found there but now it’s gone away. Slowly it will be here but it was fun while it lasted.

ProtonPass is awesome been using says day 1. Pretty cheap too.

Yeah honestly I did helpdesk support for years and it made the world of a difference. Just because it gave a good understanding of how all of it works just from troubleshooting things constantly.
