Exercise transforms not only the body but also the mind and spirit. It has helped me build confidence, and keep myself inspired and accountable.
Learning Bitcoin has had a similar impact on my life. It has given me opportunities to really consider the future I want, and I’ve been slowly stacking my way towards it. I measure progress and success differently now.
