it leverages Bluesky’s lexicons only to *display* more video, however when you post it uses their own lexicon, so it’s more independent from the network. if bsky disappeared there’d still be all vids posted from spark!
not sure what it means by “Record not validated” (especially as I can view the video in the app), but cool that my first video on Spark is on a separate lexicon!
They did it right (imo) in that they have their own lexicon, but also use Bluesky’s just to show content!

This is really weird to me. I thought it was that xAI spun *out of* Twitter as a sister company. weird that he did it this way around and not the other, as personally I’d rather have access to Twitter data over an LLM. Strange. I guess he got a bit bored again ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

How are people’s experiences with #Proton? Only interested in Mail. Been using it already for about 2 years, but idk how I’d switch to it as it seems like you can only forward emails from Google to it? (I use outlook primarily rn).
current status: downloading low-parameter OS AI models to run on my old Dell PC (16GB of RAM and a quad core CPU, but crappy intel integrated graphics!)
gonna use this as a way to run local AI without freaking out my Mac (8GB of RAM is limiting for AI..)

wow! i’ve been using nextdns for a little over a year now, but finally started paying (since monthly i keep hitting the limit). perfect time to get it. it integrates with tailscale so that i can reroute traffic through it. on top of blocking ads etc.. i can also block social media sites :))
I should probably delete social media for now since I’m nearing my GCSEs but I’ll miss talking to all my friends 😭
maybe I should just delete the mobile apps so I can only access from my computer? idk
