In previous years I'd be gifted cash for Christmas to 'save for a house'. Before bitcoin id actually usually just spend that cash...
Since becoming more and more vocal about Bitcoin to them over the last 2-3 years, this year I received 'we aren't going to give you any cash this year because you will just buy Bitcoin with it'
Funny how the world works. We're so early. Soon they will understand.

My core takeaways for our discussion:
• Gen Z needs to be asking better questions
• There is a way off the treadmill, but it isn’t effortless
• Bitcoin isn’t risky because it’s volatile, it’s risky if you don’t understand money
• Nothing meaningful comes without work
• No one is coming to save you, you must save yourself (and your family)
• The real edge is stacking skills, increasing the value you provide, and using tools deliberately to leverage your value
If Bitcoin isn’t for you, that’s fine. But at the very least, ask what is its purpose and critically think why it isn’t for you.
