This morning I thought it was a great idea to disable my Bitcoin Core wallet…
“Hey, I use Sparrow, why keep the node wallet active?”... big mistake 😂
Sparrow hit me with a NullPointException. And of course it was confusing. Logs showed Tor sock errors, so I didn’t see it clearly… until I rolled back and checked documentation.
Docs say it clearly: don’t disable your node’s wallet! 😅

For me, it was realizing that in the current system, the Leviathan can crush you, take everything, even your freedom.
Your taxes are weaponized against you. You can’t truly use “your” money as you wish.
Speak out too much, and you’re hunted by hordes of the brainwashed.
In war, you’re sent to die for the economic interests of elites and corporations.
If you depend on fiat, you are a slave, a comfortable slave with food delivery and endless dopamine, but a slave nonetheless.
#Bitcoin is freedom and disobedience. They can’t touch it. They can’t take it.
It allows me to choose when to be visible and when to be invisible.
Bitcoin fixes many things and teaches many others.
It’s not the final destination, but it’s the most powerful tool for sovereignty we’ve ever had.
