If you are loading the site into WKWebview you can inject anything you want into the site. You can definitely make a bridge to talk back and forth. Swift <> JavaScript.

Be cautious, apple is very weird about doing this.

Agreed here. I think clients should give you a list of “discovered “ relays you may be interested in, but that’s it. Then the user can add any they are interested in.

Where are the user names coming from on Damus? Are you using petname first, then if that’s not around getting name from set_metadata ?
