We all are trying to show off as being strong, motivated and successful. but I want people to see the full picture. because everyone obviously knows that there is always the other side too. we all feel it frequently. a tiredness to bear, things to think through, enduring and carrying something. deep down, we are all soft, sensitive and hopeful. hopeful for the things we dream about, sensitive for the things we care about, soft for the things we love.

I don't want to become cold or hard for the people or things that hurt me. I want to keep my warmth, my openness and my joy. and I wish the same for the people in this world.

we always talk about how healing the nature of kids is and forget that we used to be those kids. just because you grow adult, doesn't mean you have to lay those things down. it's the strongest thing I see in people when they remain and care for this beautiful side in them. I understand if people are try to defend themselves or others. but defense is a mechanism of trauma. as soon as you surrender, for the love of life, things are going to feel easy, your heart lightens. your wounds, your trauma, start to heal. people will feel the softness and purity in you. this is what i wish for the world. this is what I'm trying to root for. I don't want to fear. I want to love, I want to heal. 🤍
