What I found a little worrying was someone complaining that humans being humans and the fact that some people were more worried about how many followers they had rather than conversation on Bluesky.
So what they have always been the minority and it is their loss!

Myself the one thing I have learnt is not to live in fear any more, well I have no choice in the matter because of living with Cancer.
In the end it has made life so much easier and I can look forward.🙂
As 2024 starts to wind down I am at a point of reflecting on things which have happened in my life over the past few years.
It is sad to live in a world full of fear and hate caused by those people who never moved on and still cling on to outdated values and views.
In the end they do humanity a disservice as a species we survived because of our adaptability and ability to embrace new things.
They hold us back!
My dad said something which made sense in so much we have lived through a time of great change of technology. The advent of the PC, Internet, mobile phone and the expansion of TV to name a few.
Unlike most people we both embraced it and find the modern world a little pedestrian.🙂
A first time in a long while I do not have to work Boxing Day which is bliss.
Though saying that my thoughts are with all the Retail workers who have to work today.
Personally it is high time working on Boxing day on the head!
One thing I love about early morning Christmas Day is just how quiet the world is.🙂
A quiet start to Christmas not helped by being wiped out by last nights meeting. As always it is so frustrating that I tire so easily nowadays!
Today I have been very sleepy and drained after last men club but to be fair not real issue as it is Christmas.🙂
A friend suggested I went to a man club last night so I went to it and all I will say it was revelation.
Basically it was a place where men could openly talk about mental illness without anyone judging them.
Much needed in our modern world.

Just had a comical thought if you told people that jumping off a cliff does not kill you as it a left-wing/liberal lie to restrict your freedoms on certain social networks they would believe it.😂
The Fediverse has a sort of weak link in Threads but not surprised as in truth it is still owned by Meta so not exactly what I would call independent social network and boy does it show it!
