Zapped, looking successful on my end
How about some indulgence without consequence this holiday season?
Introducing our "NUTRISOAK" CANDIED PECANS
Why Nutrisoak? We buy our nuts raw and organic, soak them, and then dehydrate them. This reduces phytic acid and makes the nuts more easily digestible, among many other benefits.
Then we flavor them with organic maple syrup, organic cinnamon, Himalayan salt, organic Cayenne pepper, and organic butter 🤩
Lastly we package them in packaging without any plastic and ship them to your door.
Intrigued? It doesn't get any better than this!
Zap 19,000 sats to this note to give them a try.
(that's for 4oz shipped anywhere in continental USA)
(make sure to dm us your details after zapping plz)

Can't remember who on nostr published this recipe, but it's solid!

This is our go-to mix for movie nights at home - it takes only 3 ingredients, 3 minutes, works perfect every time and is so crazily better than the toxic, off-the-shelf, microwave variety that you’ll be questioning your life choices.
The secret here is ghee. You can use rice bran oil or other oils with a high smoke point, but honestly why would you? Ghee is less processed, better for your body and gives the popcorn that buttery flavour that makes this so delicious.
The ratio is 30g of ghee to 100g of popcorn kernels. With three hungry kids I usually make 1.5x the quantity (45g ghee, 150g popcorn).
Step 1 - heat a stovetop element to 75% of max, put the ghee in a big pot, ideally with a glass lid, together with 4 kernels and put the pot on the element. The 4 kernels are the point squad that tell you when the ghee is hot enough.
Step 2 - Once all 4 kernels have popped, pour the rest of the kernels into the pot, crank the element to max heat and shake the pot around for 30 seconds (dancing optional) to make sure all the kernels are coated with hot ghee. Return the pot to the element and watch the fireworks!
Step 3 - Usually 90% of the kernels are popped within a minute. Give the pot a shake after a minute to make sure any unpopped kernels return to the bottom of the pot. Remove once popping slows or your pot is full.
Step 4 - put in a big bowl, salt to taste and enjoy the adulation (and the popcorn).
try adding some turmeric too!!
I think imma start a new idk like HONOR SYSTEM here on #nostr #primal a way to check someone’s authenticity and HONOR… What about doing @ their name followed up with a review of purchases or interactions with someone… for example let’s start with nostr:nprofile1qqsvdjt2t63kdxqq38yqlnvkxrvqfgq6hv08c9eq5e5r056tzvf463cpzemhxue69uhhyetvv9ujumn0wd68ytnwv46z7qghwaehxw309a3xjarrda5kuetj9eek7cmfv9kz768xe05 I purchased their Popcorn 🍿 sold on nostr:npub1market6g3zl4mxwx5ugw56hfg0f7dy7jnnw8t380788mvdyrnwuqgep7hd for I think it was 29,000sat the order came in on time with a personal note 📝 of thanks. The popcorn was good for shipping lol I simply warmed up on my air fryer and it was good as fresh ✅ I’m willing to buy again!! Thanks FULL MOON ORGANICS 🤙🏻🤙🏻

With our Golden Popcorn there is no Phase 1.
First batch going out on Monday!
GM
Breakfast today: our sourdough bagels topped with fermented butter on one side and organic cream cheese on the other.
😋

Made today in the FMO kitchen: fermented butter
Butter is already great, but fermented butter is even better.
It's got enhanced digestibility, lower lactose, richer nutrients, and promotes gut health.
Can't wait to have it with a fresh batch of our sourdough bagels tomorrow morning.
😎

Signal that it might be time to turn on the heat soon 🥶

Website was saying my pictures failed to upload, one listing worked, but then the next listing hung and wouldn't post. Then I came to Nostr and saw that everything had actually worked in the background and posted to my feed without me knowing...
Definitely clunky. Guess it just means we're still early 🙂
Uhh. So my Shopstr product listings didn't actually post to the website successfully, but they posted to Nostr, right in my feed??!
Wasn't expecting that. I opened Nostr after giving up on Shopstr and had no idea it actually posted on my behalf...sorry for the feed clutter.
On another note, do people enjoy using these storefronts? I don't mean to sound ignorant or rude, because I can't imagine it's easy to build such a thing. But I don't really find them enjoyable to browse, and I find them even more frustrating to use as a merchant.
It's been much more enjoyable to follow merchants through a Nostr app, find/discover stuff that way, and then just buy on their site if I want.

yeah same, my bread intake skyrocketed when we started making sourdough. gamechanger!
much love ❤️❤️
you're literally a day-1 nostr friend for us so you're "that ghee guy" in our household, always top of mind, so you're our go-to rec for ghee 💯
let us know whenever you get tired of making your own sourdough 😂
Excellent post. The opportunity cost of spending sats is real. But we all need to eat, and if our time-preference is truly low, we should be spending those sats on the highest-quality food available.

We genuinely enjoy all of these items at home, so we're excited to share them with the world. It's exciting to support this ecosystem and all the merchants and plebs looking for high-quality food. I personally find it very fulfilling to sell high-quality food for high-quality money to high-quality people. That's not something you can really do anywhere else.
Cheers!
Finding plastic-free food bags suckss, geez. Almost everything is "poly" lined or "PLA" lined or something. You guys selling stuff in glass bottles got it good, although I guess those do get pricey.
well, that's the wrong picture. totally ruins the vibe but you get the idea i hope 😂
Who said you need a movie to enjoy popcorn??
It goes quite well on a Sunday with some sun.
Our Golden Popcorn. Made with homemade ghee from organic A2A2 milk, organic turmeric, and organic black pepper. Going up for sale tomorrow on your local Nostr marketplace!

Hello Nostr!
I’m probably not from your typical demographic, but I heard some folks in this place are into health and wellness. After retiring from a traditional career in the fiat world behind a computer, I’ve been looking to do something different.
I’m into processed food. No, not THAT processed food. Ancestral techniques. Fermenting, sourdough, sprouting, soaking, dehydrating, nixtamalizing, etc. The way we used to process food, in ways that made it healthier, reduced toxins, and made it last longer without adding poisons.
A lot of plant-based foods need such processing to make it most beneficial for humans. Most nuts, seeds, and beans should be soaked before consuming. Grains should be fermented, like for sourdough bread. Corn should be nixtamalized. While raw milk is an animal product and great on its own, it can also be fermented to gain additional benefits in the form of kefir, yogurt, fermented butter, etc.
I’ve learned some of this stuff in the past few years through my own research. But as it turns out, I was already doing a lot of it throughout the past 40 years that I have been cooking for my family without really knowing why…I would soak almonds for the next morning’s breakfast, favor ghee over other oils, and always make yogurt at home. These practices were popular with my parents and grandparents decades ago, but it was something I did out of habit and tradition without being aware of the science behind it all.
So it’s been fun to delve into more of the science behind these old techniques. And refreshing to see such things becoming appreciated again.
To that end, Full Moon Organics will be my attempt to share what I’ve learned and enjoyed with my family over the years with you. I'll be post about things I've learned, as well as things I continue to learn. I'll also be introducing some snacks prepared using ancestral techniques and the highest-quality ingredients—organic and raw wherever possible, prepared in small batches, using processing techniques appropriate for the food at hand. No compromises! Low time preference.
Nostr is new to me, as is Lightning, so I’ll be learning. But I’m not new to Bitcoin. If the same principles carry through here, then I know I’m in the right place. I’ve been lurking for a bit and it’s been inspirational to see what folks like @npub1uzt238htjzpq39dxmltlx60vxym9fetk9czz6kddq6fhvkf4z3usy9qtrh and @npub1n8805ezmqzqhxuernt4mjmfdrxgzgjv5uhjk24nvstqyhrwxtd2qj9teq3 and @npub1zzmxvr9sw49lhzfx236aweurt8h5tmzjw7x3gfsazlgd8j64ql0sexw5wy have made through a lot of passion, a lot of hard work, and some shitposting 😎. You guys are my role models.
I’m working on finalizing recipes, picking out packaging, and figuring out some other stuff…but I look forward to getting to know you all better in the meantime!
I’ll be on @npub1market6g3zl4mxwx5ugw56hfg0f7dy7jnnw8t380788mvdyrnwuqgep7hd for sure. Any other Nostr-based storefronts you guys recommend?
