Never give someone the opportunity to waste your time twice.

If you don't know what to pursue in life right now.

Pursue yourself.

Pursue becoming the healthiest, happiest, most healed, most present, most confident version of yourself.

Then the right path will reveal itself.

Starting a business from scratch, building clientele, marketing, and doing it all by yourself while relying on that business for income is not for the weak. You gotta have some crazy faith and work ethic.

Trust the process and the journey, even when you don't understand them. The answers will reveal themselves when the time is right.

You can be healing and still:

- triggered

- afraid

- emotionally closed-off

- unclear of which path to take next

- tender

Healing is not perfection, it's small steps and progress toward becoming you again. Journey with grace through the process.

Use your job to fund your business, until your business can fund your freedom.

BE BORING

• Eat the same meals

• Train at the same time

• Wake up at the same time

• Go to bed at the same time

• Train using the same exercises

• Follow the same morning routine

Remove decision fatigue and reserve energy.
