Yeah he makes a compelling case and he’s clearly studied multiple disciplines to get to his thesis. History, economics, fall of empires etc. I’m not sure if he’s right but he’s certainly making a good case.
I had border collie dogs as a kid as I grew up in the countryside. My dad and uncle also had hens, goats, horses and pigs. I now live in a big city so not anymore :(
