I studied computer programming at school l, but in a self taught environment. So i have not much theorical knowledge but I'm good at understanding how things work by going through it.

For some people bitcoin just ‘clicks’.

I did not really understand money when I first started learning about Bitcoin. Just the machine itself is a beautiful thing. It's like when you look at a very old clock and it just works and it's beautiful, elegant, simple from the outside but very complex on the inside.

I’m not even sure there are any. Meet-ups sure, but actual conferences…

It seems like there are better Bitcoin conferences in Eastern Europe than in Western Europe.

What baffles me the most are "engineers" denying the revolutionary system that is bitcoin. Makes it easy to spot true engineering mindset or just paycheck to paycheck kind of people.

Do most engineers understand money though. I suspect if an engineer hasn’t ‘done the work’ by researching what money is they might not connect the dots?

Seems like every industry is talking about digital transformation but few acknowledge the digital transformation of money.

I'm surprised a dummy like me is ahead of a lot of otherwise very smart people.
