Let me know when you're here, I would love to come along and be a first btc customer for any business willing to give bitcoin a go!!

Curiosity = life outside. We explore ancient ruins, climb mountains, play in the sand, experience real life Typhoons, weather events, snow. We see real life nature and talk about real life politics, war, governments, peace and people. Kids use online tools when they like to. My 8yo used Scratch for coding, now wants to progress to something else 🀩

My 15 year old references online images for her art which she prefers to draw with pencil, or paint.

Teens use duolingo for languages...

It's a real mix. Self led learning is all about letting go of directive authoritarian structured learning and allowing for children to experience and find what lights them up. 😍

Two years ago, I didn’t want to travel. I couldn’t see the point. πŸ‘‡

🏑 I’d convinced myself that life was meant to be lived in one place, in the comfort of familiarity.

But in reality, I was just scared to break out of my routine and see what else was out there and how small my life might feel when I compared it to the vastness of the world.

Life has a way of surprising you when you stop resisting it.

Somewhere along the way, something shifted.

🌍 I began to look beyond social media. I stopped consuming life secondhand and realised: I didn’t want to watch it anymore, I wanted to live it.

And when I started living it, I realised just how much beauty there is that we never stop to notice.

⛰️ The view from the top of a mountain after a sweaty climb.

🏞️ The sound of a river carving its path through the earth.

πŸ“ The hum of a local market, full of fresh, vibrant produce that tastes like nothing you’ll find on a supermarket shelf.

These aren’t things you can truly experience through a screen.

I’m endlessly grateful that I found a way to build something of my own, something that aligns with my passions and gives me the freedom to see the world.

I started by working on my business outside of my 9-5 job, during late nights and weekends. I posted consistently, even when no one was watching. And slowly, it grew.

Now, I wake up excited to create, explore, connect with new people, and to eat food that nourishes my body and fuels my adventures.

Life doesn’t wait for you to be ready. It’s happening right now.

And if you’re still watching it all through a screen, let this be the push you need to start living it.

🌞 The sunsets are more vivid in person.

⛰️ The mountains are steeper.

πŸ₯© The food is richer.

πŸ§œβ€β™‚οΈ The people will show you how much more there is to life than you ever realised.

I’m not done yet, not even close.

This is just the beginning. 🌍

Yes to this πŸ’―

Go live. Not just exist... Really live. One of my favourite quotes πŸ‘‡

Are you ever around Las Terrenas? If so, I would love to help try get some more places out here accepting bitcoin! I'm here until mid January (quite tempted to stay longer) 🀩

We're #unschooling #worldschooling around the world with our four children... 1 is a typical boy teen right now, not sure of his direction but he wants an online business, 1 is my girl teen, struggles with anxiety but is a very talented artist, she read over 70 books this year and is learning multiple languages. 1 is an 8yo, never set foot in a classroom, could swim before he could walk, does crazy math in his head, codes and is building games... and the little is almost 3. She can count in three languages, knows a bit of four languages, and is just amazing to watch as she learns.

Parents don't even realise they are being robbed of the opportunity to witness their children learn when they send their most precious treasures to classrooms. If I could do anything differently it would be I never would've sent the first two to school at all (they were only there about 3 years and it was a waste of time) πŸ’―πŸ™Œ

Enjoy Eastern Europe too. Such a vibe that way. Looking forward to being back eventually πŸ’―πŸ™Œ

book list longer than ever before. I'm seriously envious of my teen who read over 70 books already this year. Hopefully our small human sleeps like a normal human soon so I can read more (& write some too) 🀩

So far so good for us. Beaches and sunsets and friends on the way. How are you? Doing mum life solo is a challenge. You're a legend. πŸ™πŸ™

Eek, cookies and hot chocolate?!

You absolutely CAN. I have many times and it was always worth it. πŸ’― nostr:note1juzkkmz853j79m6eq9pl3f9praqwmwvn0ccpxn78wpv79uqpkmgs6rtywk

Gm 🏝️

Our plan for the day looks a lot like this... With our friends who all arrived last night. 😍

What's your Thursday looking like?!

Thanks Brian! I hope I inspire some to go out there and chase their wild dreams πŸ¦‹

πŸ˜…πŸ™ I reckon she'd stick around now we've evolved to notifications πŸ˜‚

πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ no idea. I don't understand. Why embarrassing? Why is it embarrassing to chase the dreams that excite you? Anywhoo. Enjoy life. That is the point. πŸ¦‹
