I don't really know, I can't find an absolute definition anywhere...to my mind a yacht is a boat with sails and/or a motor that is equipped for long journeys and includes everything you need to live aboard, where as I'd think of a sail boat as any sail driven boat designed to be taken out for short specific trips and purposes.

I'd love to see Italy one day...but I'll have to sail over and explore up and down the length...there's too many beautiful spots and history to just do a short visit

I'm gonna have to spend some 🌽 and I really don't like it. But, we speculate to accumulate. And I need a server up and running asap. Got the PC out, bringing work back off the back burner now that other things like my home are finally mostly sorted...
