Nip-05 still shows as failed on my amethyst, my mates one shows it has succeeded ππ why would life be easy, eh?
It should have been on the note but I got that error message when I tried, so I added to the note with the edit bit and removed the split
Yes yes yes!
From the looks of things I've finally sussed out the nip-05 thing - I believe I've also successfully verified my mate as well, since entering the nip5 in nostr.band brought his profile up! Yai, some success! Also testing the zap split feature on this note with nostr:npub18tqatnhdjza2vhfmf2grgx3yxhzmzw4y88t092xw26aygffmha0scdwmsa - I think that's the right npub I've tagged lol
Note: The zap split failed and I got this message: Failed to parse zap split: mattyb@portsmouthbitcoinfoundry.co.uk
Yeah, I was getting myself confused, gonna use mattyb across the board now
Yeah I clocked that after talked last night, updated it here, it still isn't showing up as working atm though - could be a httaccess issue?
I don't see why we couldn't actually do this - I know Bitcoiners have brought land here and there in some lovely spots...
i think you donβt have issues with your address π so i meant the address of nostr:npub1cllf97qv29kqc493t6xj26kqw2qsxmvnf6sl7w0mpnv2plt8wumqta3zny
Curiously, this morning all the wallets were able to find the address but now I can't send payments and keep getting failures - could be a min/max issue
Similar fun and games myself atm
Not sure if this will help, but https://github.com/getAlby/js-lightning-tools has Lightning Address Proxy that you could use πΆπΎπ«‘
Definitely worth a look, there's a whole load of useful stuff there, cheers
Thank fuck Laszlo ordered Pizza and not peanut butter sandwiches.
I'd have felt like I was missing out on the party every year.
Also, can't imagine "bitcoin peanut butter sandwiches day" catching on.
Hmm... admittedly I went for what appeared to be the simplest easiest option - what would your recommendation be? I'm learning as I go, so it needs to be Forrest Gump level simple, if such a thing exists
Followed the Alby guide,
https ://getalby. com/.well-known/lnurlp/
downloaded the file added it to my server in the public_html folder.
Funny thing is, going through Zeus, which I've connected to my alby acc, doesn't find it.
Interesting - set up a custom lightning address yesterday, tested it and...
It works via WoS, but Phoenix, Zeus and ZBD can't find it and return an error.
More tinkering, perhaps...I dunno.
