After some tuning from what probably was the first[1] message posted by SMS on Nostr, here is the code!
sms2nostr is a proof of concept of a sms-to-nostr gateway that permits a user to post notes on Nostr using non internet enabled phones and IoT devices, or feature phones when the network is not available.

Nutstash intercepts the direct messages that match a cashu token format and show them in the "inbox".

Saw another comment that I think is clearing this up for me - so the cashu token is actually encrypted in some way that only the receiving pubkey can claim? Or does the nostr event with the cashu payload actually have to be encrypted?
Is this going over encrypted dms?

Is the TestFlight link broken or am I having phone issues?
A user has to make a decision to use brave and opt-in to ads, which redirects revenue - I see no legal problem with what brave has done.
There are lots of ethical concerns about braveās business model, braveās token usage, and also the data usage by ads deployed on most websites, which are by default not opt-in.
The whole concept was always to block ads and replace with an opt in model for users. There are ethical questions there of course, but I think they were at least clear about those intentions from the start. I donāt agree with the business model, but given that itās opt in I donāt see it as much worse than any ad blocker that takes revenue from websites. Frankly I bet a lot of people around here would be more supportive of brave if they implemented the exact same model over lightningā¦
That feature is opt in for rewards I believe. Still agree that the shitcoinery is shady.
