Probably good to have regional relays, but you might also try something like nostr.wine and their corresponding filter relay. They do a lot of the aggregation work so you can add less public relays

Three body problem is a great book but do yourself a favor and read the books before you read up more on the author. Hard to believe the book was written by the same guy.
