Making jewelry from natural stone is a hobby of mine. For fun I made Nostr inspired gemstone bracelets. Orange and purple are a challenging combination to make look good aesthetically but I did grow up loving the regal purple and gold of the Lakers basketball team.

For the black bracelet I used matte black onyx faceted into blocks with a gold with orange enamel ZAP and a Bitcoin charm with one faceted amethyst block bead. Every bit of this is intentional, I love how it turned out.

The purple bracelet is pure amethyst semi precious gemstones faceted into a block with a gold and orange enameled ZAP and a Bitcoin charm.

As a fun thank you to the Nostr community, I’m giving this set away. I will ship them anywhere in the world that can be sent via USPS mail. Just repost this note and you will be entered into a randomized drawing that I will complete in 24 hours.

Huh! I wonder if the mint doesn’t see a lot of use so had relatively poor ability to pick routes. Curious to know which mint/cashu server so we can figure out which LN implementation so we can see if we can improve it…..

Minibits is the mint I used for the transaction. I’ll keep trying to see if I can help find the bottleneck. Luckily the merchant only had me in line at the time.

Yes, that's a great point. We've already improved the sending animation but we should indicate status also in the history. We're you waiting in the "pay invoice" screen or in the main wallet screen?
