Do you know what else only applied to the wealthy? The federal income tax approved in 1913 by congress after the ratification of the 16th amendment.

Today, everyone pays income tax.

Never give an inch on taxes. So call temporary or “ultra-wealthy” taxes always become permanent and systematically applied to all.
