Yes, we can use € bank account, bank cards, almost everybody has bank accounts, cards, Revolut, Wise and similar fintech apps, and every store have to accept card payments.

Hungary is very far from €, the government propaganda blames the EU for everything. From this perspective, it could be a good ground for Bitcoin.
I can, but most of us prefer € to fight against currency devaluation. Unfortunatelly, Bitcoin is not so popular, although we have bitcoin ATMs in every bigger shopping centers.
