I was riding with my wife and dogs in the car tonight. It was raining heavily. My dog had her head out the car window and I saw a flask and heard electricity crackling for about a second. I could not explain what it was. It wasn’t imagined, my wife saw and heard it too and my dog was startled. I figured it was a flash of lighting. Nobody was hurt and my car is working fine. I had never experienced anything like it before. Anyone experienced this before?
