I have cut almost all processed foods out of my life, the ones I do consume are mostly electrolyte drinks- Gatorade and Electrolit. I am 90% carnivore at this point. I like my taters, not going to lie, so I will probably never be 100% carnivore. My sugar intake is a fraction of what it was. I thought after the fasting that sweets would be my biggest crave, and to be honest the first couple of times, they were. Now I crave steak at the end of one and that is usually how I break my fast. My goal is to get to my football playing weight again, 210 pounds and I am not far off that goal.
If they are doing the actual roofing- the demo and re-shingle without safety gear that is a violation. Companies get fined all the time. If you are reporting a violation you have to do it early, OSHA is pretty back logged and might not get out before they are done. Typically roofs in Texas are done in a day to a day and a half. They are betting an OSHA inspection isn’t going to happen during the job.
OSHA is what I do, I can shed a little light. Inspectors are not required to follow regular OSHA guidelines. It’s a stupid rule, but it’s their rule. My company requires our inspectors, which work for me, to wear harnesses and tie downs as if they are doing work.
A lot of roofing contractors are fly by night scam artists. They will replace whole roofs instead of repair because insurance companies don’t even send out adjusters if you can prove there was hail in the area.

What started as Fast Fridays for me has turned into Fasting 3 days per week. I used to think people were crazy doing this, but I really do feel better after a 24 hour fast.
