Bill C-11 in Canada, a WEF chair becoming CEO of twitter. Nostr feels like a little bit of hope still exists.

Whenever I post something using Nostr, I feel a kind of weight I did not feel using Twitter or other platforms. It’s as if words are more powerful when they are not filtered through regulatory layers.

I guess it’s similar to how I feel about money transactions with my credit card vs #Bitcoin or #Cardano.

Interesting concept but it sounds eerily similar to property taxes. Not sure how I feel about that.

That was the catalyst for me too. I had Damus download a few months ago but never opened it until yesterday!
