I don't know if that's possible, but if I were President, my "man on the moon" would be to double (or more) the amount of elementary teachers -- two in every classroom -- in the next decade.
Wouldn't solve everything and it would be expensive (and a challenge) but I believe it would be the best bang for the buck.
First, we take Manhattan. Then we take Berlin.
But after that, we have nothing. It's wide open. We're up for anything.
