Зашёл в какую-то нонейм кофейню, мне предложили стандартный набор на фильтр Бразилия или Эфиопия, от местного обжарщика, что-то такое типа Сидамо и т.п. Ну скука. Вышел, зашёл за угол там Surf #Coffee. Много раз слышал, что Surf говно, причём в разных городах, но что интересно это именно тот случай когда слухи оказались чистой правдой.

У меня в ЖК кофейня размером с туалет даёт чашку Loveramics, у сети Surf нашёлся только бумажный стакан и при том не брендированный. Десерты даже брать не стал, там вид такой будто их неделю никто не брал. Фильтр на 300 стоил 180 рублей. Это ну достаточно дорого. В ресторане из топ 10 Where to eat фильтр Гватемалы стоил 190. Ладно 180 и бумажный стакан, но с кофе то что? Была там Бурунди какая-то. Я Бурунди до того не пил, но думаю Африка она и в Африке Африка. Хрен там. Вкус такой что кажется они этот кофе под омни жарили чтоб его в случае чего везде пристроить можно было. Пока горячий был в голове проносились флэшбеки из детства об вьетнамской робусте, на остывании стало почти вкусно. Почти.

Мораль. А вот пил бы Эфиопию в нонейм кофейне и ничего бы интересного, а тут вон сколько эмоций. Запомнились даже мухи на столиках. Всем рекомендую Surf и их Бурунди.

Happy birthday to me. My parents did everything they could to make me hate this holiday, now that I'm an adult and no longer Dr. Freud's perfect client, I can say that of all the holidays, I only love Groundhog Day and Easter.

Groundhog Day. That's because of the movie, of course. Bill Murray on one hand spends years trying to get Andie MacDowell, which is dumb, but on the other hand he gets better and better for himself. Something I've always dreamed of and never had and probably never will.

Easter. It's hard to explain. There's no logic. I don't care what Jesus did on that day, I'm not really interested in the whole story with colored eggs and bunnies and chocolate. I don't care about the pagan past of the holiday either. I think it's because of the weather. At Easter I feel the life of the planet and I like it.

Let's get back to birthdays. I usually try to go somewhere and just walk along the streets. Because of that, my birthday is a little better for me than it used to be.

That's not what I need from the best client.
