I'm sure you checked it!
It was something I was saying and felt confident about but hadn't run the numbers. Now I have and it's verified.
But just because you can spend, doesn't mean you should. Today is a stackers dream.
Anyone want a kidney?
Conclusion
The past does not tell the future.
But, if you're prepared to hold your #Bitcoin for 4 years (even IF you have to spend 10% every year AND start in a "bad" year), you will never run out of money.
Kinda cool, right?

That's what your 1.351 #Bitcoin would be worth. But what if you'd spent 10% every year:

2018 $11,835
2019 $3,161
2020 $5,177
2021 $18,960
2022 $27,768
2023 $8,709
Your original 1.351 #Bitcoin is now only 0.523, your $1000 has gone up x8.7

Yes. That's right. Even though your original 75.187 is now only 26.216 Bitcoin, your $1000 has still gone up x436 fold.
But hang on, I hear you say. You're cherry picking a good start year.
I am, yes. So let's pick a bad one. 2014.

There is no ego larger than he who thinks he can outrun inflation from within the monetary system that is inflating.
They do, but you can die waiting for them to get there.
I largely agree.
But why the need for "God"? Why not just have those values? Why the need to group?
Ask yourself, if you happened to have been born in a different area of the world, with a different dominant religion, would you too follow that religion? If so, why?
I can find values I agree with in all religions, but I have no need to identify with that religion. But, each to their own.
As for Bitcoin and money. I don't think we've ever had money and Bitcoin is the closest we've got. It's not perfect, but it's orders of magnitude better than what preceded it.
I'm fine with the crickets. I care about the ideas, not the clout.
It is frustrating to see some guy with 2 followers have a great take and no response and another guy with a big following get 100 likes for a picture of their breakfast, but that's just the nature of the medium and popularity contests in general.
Occupy Wall St asked to be treated fairly.
Bitcoiners are not asking.
It's the word religion that's triggering, and each individuals interpretation of it will be different.
I have no idea what existed before Christianity, and I don't believe anyone else does either.
History books were written by victors. Until 3rd of January 2009 that was a person, or a group of people with incentives. That is no longer the case. The Bitcoin blockchain is the source of truth now, for good or bad.
NASA describe a black hole as the matter from a star 10x the size of the Sun, squeezed into a sphere approximately the diameter of NYC.
There could be as many as 10 million to a billion stellar black holes in the Milky Way.
Did we discover #Bitcoin or are we late?
The #Bitcoin Paradox:
If you have any Bitcoin you have enough.
You don't have enough Bitcoin.
People say you have to change your posting style depending on the platform you're using.
I say fuck that. Be yourself wherever you are and people will either like you or they won't. Both are fine.
