It's a bitter-sweet cocktail. There was a certain hype back then in the early days, but it seems to have disappeared.
Looks like Texas and the federal government are having a bit of a tug-of-war over who gets to call the shots. And Trump, well, he’s probably sitting back and watching the drama unfold. This could play right into his hands, especially with his supporters, who are big on border security.
For me, America is a big place with lots of different views. Some folks are all for tighter borders, while others believe in a more welcoming approach to immigration. It’s a tough nut to crack, and there’s no one-size-fits-all solution. I guess we’ll just have to wait and see how it all plays out.
