At Bansko 2025 we held our inaugural ReelFest where we asked our community to submit Instagram reels to show how they experienced Bansko Nomad Fest this year with the overall winner winning 1 month at @alt_Chiangmai and the winners of the other categories winning a free ticket to attend BNF 2026
Over 90 Reels were submitted and our independent panel of experts had a hard job to decide the winners.

She’s an Assistant Professor of Management at Thompson Rivers University (Canada) with a Ph.D. in Management. Viktoriya studies how globally mobile population—like digital nomads—reshape their identities in constant transition.
Her research dives into the deep psychological layers of nomad life: what it means to belong, how we change over time, and how we navigate careers while living in-between places.
