Is this really a thing?
They meet up to compare Bitcoin to market bubbles for fun?
I've had a play around with it in Kiwi browser and Alby. The interface is nice, scrolling smooth. Just seems to ask Alby for permission 10 times more than Snort.
Phoenix is but there are trade offs like if they go away you have to wait to close the channels and get the funds back.
So basically the 5 eyes.
Yep I was using Syncthing until I got Nextcloud set up. Another way do do it.
Apple can go fuck themselves.
The hardest part for me was getting off of Icloud photos. Its not just the phone is its the cloud.
Step 1 - Get an old laptop with reasonable SSD.
Step 2 - Download Start OS (Umbrel is an option)
Step 3 - Download self hosted Nextcloud on the laptop. (One click install on Start9)
Step 4 - Down FOSS Nextcloud on Android.
Step 5 - Set photos to upload to your own self hosted cloud.
Step 6 - If you don't like Nextcloud on Android try Les Pas.
Custodial - we say we have your Bitcoin.
Non Custodial - your Bitcoin.
I used Kiwi Browser with Alby to use Iris on Android before I got Amethyst. Not sure if there is something similar on IOS.
He doesnt give a shit about free speech, he is creating a payment & social credit platform.
And they accept BTC.
Ive been using Calyx for about 2 years. Moved from IOS to it and it was a really easy move. The OS is nice and smooth and you can have two profiles running different apps / threat models etc.
Ive not tried Graphine, but if I was doing it again today based on what I have read recently I would install Graphine and not Calyx.
Graphine seems to have majorly improved as a daily driver with their play store sandbox. Calyx is also very slow on security updates.
When I change my phone next I will be trying out Graphine.
Awesome
You Stephan Livera'd the pour though :D
