999MB? 🤔 Did we hit mempool.space's mempool size limit?

The benefit typically is that they can substitute the drug people actually want with another drug with a similar high, but cheaper.
If you go to the trouble of running your own LN node someone else can open a channel to you.
Actually set one up and I'll happily open that channel for you for free. :) Lots of services will do that for a fee too.
Though the software stack to actually receive LN payments via LNURL for nostr is kinda complex right now. Notice how I personally just send nostr payments to my stacker.news account.
It would be good for nostr to support multisig keys.

The average webdev isn't competent enough to be doing anything crypto related directly. Scaring them off is fine. That's why we build libraries.
My seed phrase sprouted. 🌱
“the earth is getting about 300 terawatt hours of energy per hour due to anthropogenic climate change, and humans use about 16 terawatt hours of energy per hour”
Not sure if this is better or worse than the more usual journalist nonsense of measuring power in terms of nukes per hour. 😂
It looks beautiful. Like LV-426.
In Bergen, Norway, for the Northern Lighting Bitcoin Conference.
What a beautiful place to host a conference!

It's not surprising. Theres gotta be tons of fantasy art with the tag "goddess" that looks exactly like this. Equally, there's tons of reference material tagged as "Bitcoin". It's just put the two together in an obvious way.
I like you and your node equally.
Er, I mean, Midjourney... Doing GPT would be for compressing the note text itself. 😂
You know, if we just embedded GPT4 in nostr you could include the images by just including the prompt and a deterministic seed... 😁

Yes! Literally the lnd codebase. Breez does this too. Although last I tried it Breez was doing something weird so manually opened channels don't really work right.
They're blocking Linux kernel patches for hardware produced by a Russian company. In a small way, they're helping sabotage the Russian economy by making that hardware less useful/profitable, which quite directly sabotages the ability of Russian to wage genocide on their neighbors. Good.
Frankly, with war at this scale if you're Russian and you're even so much as paying your taxes, you're doing something very immoral. Going forward, we should be asking Russian immigrants how they personally resisted their own government. And yes, that means if a Russian paid their taxes rather than evading them, that should count against them for immigration purposes.
Yes. But phoenix doesn't let you choose who to open channels with.
