A couple of weeks back I was ready to make them … I just could find a recipe because I didn’t have a name 😂😂😂
That’s the one .. 🤤
I have to write that name down 😂

Although most people look for the perfect spot or place to practice #meditation, in reality, you want these skills to manifest when you’re in the worst possible situation.
So basically, you have to drill yourself to practice / remember to be mindful in uncomfortable places or situations
Anyways … here’s todays practice …

Btw … what was the name of that pastry? Remember? … I tried to find the name but it’s impossible to search for notes 😣
A workaround for Apple not playing nice with ⚡️… glad to see you’re back!
I read it a while ago … we do not talk about it …

Gm Nostriches! ☀️
Hope you all enjoy your weekend!
(This is NOT me … I’m at the “can stand but can’t steer” on my #surfing journey)

Imho, you’re taking the right approach.
Just keep learning with no expectations. If you ever get the itch again … the knowledge will be there … if not, you still keep to experience flying occasionally, which is amazing in itself …
The 🧄 started with a favorite sauce note by @tanel … missed out a couple of days & now we’re into cilantro … I don’t know where we branched … and I’m too afraid to ask …

“We’ll meet again soon”
A protocol is the apex … when it is found, like someone way smarter than me said …
“There is no second best”
Sure!
While BNW deals with dystopia, The Island deals with utopia.
Many of the themes Huxley touches upon in his other works (the state, western man, eastern philosophies, population, substance use etc) are discussed again but from a different angle.
While Pala is an Utopian society (dealing with the baggage that comes with it), it’s neighbors are either underdeveloped or overdeveloped.
It was Huxleys last vision before he passed … it’s somewhat slower than BNW, but the topics it touches upon, we’re still debating …
For those of you that like Brave New Word … this was Huxleys last novel … worth a read …
