Allow removing notes from the list

It would be great to be able to choose an existing NIP-51 people list (kind 30001) and use the people in that list as the scope of the filtering.

I want the ability to mark a note as something, so that it can be rendered differently. First use case is marking something as "done" so that it's displayed but is shown separately
