this is what I realised in the shower this morning
aren't you a whale?
when you look at this you realise the USA is still trying to dominate the monetary system.
So sure, have your BTC - once consolidated, we'll see what the rest of the world actually uses.
yes, also wondering how miners will secure the network if there are no transactions (few) and most of the txns are done off-chain.
IDK just seems like it's not set up to allow the miners to earn. Unless 1 BTC is going to $1 million, 1.25btc rewards are looking pretty dull
say I do 6 zaps to some people, do the miners earn the fees? Do the actual miners earn lighting fees or is it completely off chain?
who mines lighting?

another classic match up today
This 20 min Red Card policy is interesting. In some ways, it allows the yellow cards to be escalated to red but the red cards used to mean you're off for the rest of the game, and in some leagues, banned for a match or two.
Now the 20 min card *may* allow for players to play more recklessly, higher tackles etc. if they know the penalty for doing so is low.
wow Australia looking strong. Nice to see them bouncing back after getting knocked out in the quarter finals of the World Cup
