Are you running your node from a village in rural Africa?
Something as easy as "move your coins within X timeframe and make the number of SATs end with 69 for agreement" would work, no?
Is there a private way for Bitcoin users with coins/economic nodes to signal their agreement or disagreement with a change to Bitcoin in advance of any change?
A lot of people weighing in and talking about how bad a fork would be who I'm guessing don't have any coins.

Don't like this argument. Why not just reduce the block size? That will have the same effect plus make it easier to run a node.
Full node on an external SSD that I only plug in to my laptop when I need to spend or check balances has been working flawlessly for ~1.5 years. Cheaper than any other option too.
Pretty amazing. I'll feel even better when there is tons of app competition and they charge us.
