I understand that rate cuts are bad for risk asset prices. But I'm looking at a chart and it looks like risk assets usually pump when interest rates are being increased, EXCEPT for this hiking cycle. What does this mean? Thanks

If people are concerned about that then they should hold physical gold, but by doing so they are buying into the fiat back up plan.
Bitcoin is just rules that a group of people choose to follow implemented by software, so I don't see how a fatal flaw couldn't be fixed, and so be really non fatal.

Even a 4-5% yield on my Bitcoin would have zero effect on me deciding to buy it. Well, it'd probably have a negative effect because it's scammy.
