You sound like my son. He prefers things like a wrinkled and torn piece of scratch paper to a formal book mark. He has used torn pieces of paper, that I would have thrown away years ago, as a book mark for years and gets upset if something happens to it. I guess he likes bookmarks with character.

It is, i will say physical availability to grab junk is a major issue. When i a at the farm its way easier to eat healthy compared to the pantry

I used to use bookmarks, but sometimes they fall out or my special needs son decides they don't belong there, so I've switched to using paperclips. They work well and are cheap and I can have lots of them for all of the books I'm reading including my son's school books.

Nope, a fist full of peanuts at work with the coffee. Lunch is peppers and whatever cheese/ meat is on sale next door at the euro market

Although I think i have to start mixing my own yogurt the stuff had last night was like 18g of sugar for the day.
