She seems to have missed the point of having a government in the first place. The -entire- point of a government is to provide benefits to the people. That's why we bother with them in the first place.

Boss is having a bad day? Odds are, they're going to take it out on the nearest non-white person. I've seen time after time the best workers get fired for having the wrong skin color. For *absolutely any interaction* the default treatment I get is positive or neutral, whereas I watch people with different skin color get nice words to their face, and the instant you're in the break room, it's slurs.

Spend some cash to repair and upgrade existing hospitals, and purchase equipment and PPE for staff. Those private hospitals use NHS staff, thus adding to the waiting times; and probably add to donations to the Tory party. Short-term non-solution - a typical #tory response.
