I run a pretty large service desk that was trying to implement Google's CCAI platform.
It was so costly that we abandoned it about a year and a half into the process without even getting a single workflow implemented into production. Unless you hire an internal team, you're stuck working with vendors and they literally try to nickel and dime you as does Google for every intent and variable.
If you have very static workflows with bulletproof scripts and little variance, you should be concerned. If you have complexity in your environment, you've still got some time. #AI #technology
