NYT sucks. Unreadable. So does Bloomberg, increasingly, which is a shame. I used to listen to folks at JP Morgan's private bank as a source of truth. Smart people, with some contrarian views. But when they wrote reports and gave talks supporting and pushing Covid vaccine mandates and lockdowns, willing to rip at the fabric of society while unwilling or unable to see the truth, and then crapped on bitcoin without understanding it, I realized they were also intellectually untrustworthy and dangerous. Not the folks from who you want to trust with your financial future. I now see them, and lots of others, including governments, universities, corporations, media, etc, for who they are: at best, people with intelligence, but lazy, weak, and brainwashed at the core. Sheep. I get more signal from fellow Freaks, keeping it real. Thank you.
I know zaps and posts and memes, etc, are small things on the surface, but they mean much more to me: For the first time in my life, thanks to the freedom of the nostr community, I am able to build/support/monetize thoughts which align with a passion, which is securing the future economically. It is a HUGE emotional victory and makes me feel happy and free. It is the power of "micro entrepreneurship." I am thankful to all of you, and just wanted to say thanks on this fine day. We are winning. #Bitcoin
Banks and politicians are in a losing battle against gravity, as the system collapses under the flaws of its own design. Bitcoin doesnt care, and is winning.
Truth always wins
Is Nostr the first time we are seeing, in the same place, permissionless payments and permissionless communications, with finality, at the speed of light, available anywhere on the globe, at any time?
And it was birthed through the charitable generosity of decentralized open source contributers?
The fiat world is dead. Truth always wins.
The Boomers will truly go down as the generation that seriously fucked it up. Just look at the pensions these assholes grant themselves, thinking they are somehow entitled, raping future generations. Bitcoin fixes this.
Pfizer Hid Data on Waning Immunity
By early July, the #Israeli #MinistryofHealth reported that vaccine effectiveness against infection and symptomatic disease had fallen to 64 percent. Three weeks later, revised estimates put #Pfizer’s #vaccine at just 39 percent effective.

I had antibodies from early 2020, and carried both the Israeli study and my bloodwork results with me, to show all those demanding vaccination that i was better protected than vaccinated folks. Fauci was asked about the Israeli study after its release, and dismissed it, while continuing to tell everyone to pump an experimental drug into their arm, ruining lives, dividing our nation, and creating scars and distrust that will last generations. I remember hospitals at the time telling unvaccinated they wouldn't be treated. Just criminal.
We are all Satoshi, and all from Japan...right?
I love Lyn, and interesting to see her dunk on Elon yesterday. But there is nothing new there and Elon doesn't care.
Those that rely on centralized platforms should not be surprised when they get fucked, no matter who is in charge.
Hang out on Twitter if you like, or feel great buying a Tesla and saving in USD or whatever, but don't complain when it doesn't go as you planned.

When I try to access my private key, I am asked for my PIN. Where and how do I create a PIN?
If you haven't, you may want to read Lyn Alden's latest paper on open networks.
The Fed will soon need to massively slash rates to erase the bond and real estate losses threatening our over-leveraged institutions. It is the only way. Our economy, with layers upon layers of mispriced debt, is collapsing under the cumulative weight of centralized distortion.
Arguing "bitcoin uses too much energy" is like saying "you have too much life and happiness." It isn't possible, and a false premise. That is why Bitcoin doesn't care.
Jeff, you are an incredible first principles thinker. Truth destroys lies. Sometimes quickly. Sometimes slowly. Sometimes peacefully. Sometimes painfully. Sometimes obviously. Sometimes imperceptibly. But truth is undeniable through time. This is why we bitcoin.
