No, this is too small to cover on chain fees when you need to spend the utxo. Average fee today was 70,000 sats

I think aiming for 1,000,000 sats is th absolute minimum, and even then you can find yourself spending 5% fee to move it.

binance charges 0.1%. of course the binance swap fee is smaller
