Vanilla sugar cookies are good, but this recipe calls for a half pound of butter and flour. That would be too many cookies for me lol.

cup honey
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup raisins
2 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla
1 1/3 cup flour
2 cups oats
Bake 375 12 mins (until edges golden brown).
