Got my FAA Part 107 unmanned aerial systems license recently.

Testing Primal studio's scheduling feature. This is gonna post at 1:30PM Central. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Wild how fast nostr via nostr:npub12vkcxr0luzwp8e673v29eqjhrr7p9vqq8asav85swaepclllj09sylpugg is compared to Twitter

Any tips or things I should see?

Anyone here been to Big Bend?

There haven't been any security patch updates yet, but I imagine they're busy scaling on the hardware front right now. It's something I expected as wave 1 folks are essentially living on the edge as is with a brand new untested product. Once they have a bit of breathing room, I'm sure we'll see regular updates on the software side of things.

As far as how long they plan on supporting the DC-1, I have no idea but I'm sure nostr:npub1a00wj229auzjswlq4s77y4u8eqdx5k9ppatgl8rtv8va65f6mwksum9q3h can shed some more light.

I forgot to answer the second question lol. For V2, I'd say slightly thinner bezels / lighter weight if there's no compromise with battery capacity. I'd also add a physical button on the left side to mirror the one on the right side that's currently acting as a back button.

Honestly I'd much rather have more customized software features including their own Android launcher. The Daylight OS fork is fine, but they're currently using Niagara as their launcher. I think if they were to create their own custom launcher for the hardware, it would allow them to do iterate faster than having to push features on the OS level.

Apart from the screen, I would say my favorite thing would be the battery life. There's no battery anxiety at all and I can use it heavily over a period of days before I need to charge.

Been using my nostr:npub1a00wj229auzjswlq4s77y4u8eqdx5k9ppatgl8rtv8va65f6mwksum9q3h DC-1 for two months or so.

To my surprise, I find myself using it heavily during the day over my other devices whereas I expected to mostly use it in the evening.

Extremely happy taking a chance on it. Very polished, especially for version 1 hardware

I’ve been intentionally not attending bitcoin stuff this year so I’m excited to see my friends in Nashville in a few weeks. I miss them dearly.

Made birria tacos last yesterday but got too hungry to take a pic of the finished product.

It's all in pursuit of driving pleasure above comfort or streetability

The sidewall is already staring to look a bit gnarly 😭

Rear drivers side tire still rubs under load 😭

Gotta burn more money I guess.

Need to spend a little more money on suspension parts and I’ll finally be happy. I’m almost certain of this.

Started carrying with one in the pipe a few months ago. Now feels natural and not a big deal.

There was an initial hesitation about having a loaded pistol pointed near my junk but if I can't trust the gun not to fire without a trigger pull I shouldn't be carrying it.

I’ve been made aware of the fact that there are actually some bitcoiners buying $MSTR instead of bitcoin.

They haven’t lost the plot; they’ve never had it in the first place. Bitcoin is money.

This is the first bull cycle where I have no desire to celebrate. I’m starting to become agitated and annoyed. Not angry yet, thank god. But this isn’t a place I’ve found myself for a long time so it’s concerning.

Bitcoin has been one of the only consistent things in my life for the last 13 years. I’ve taken for granted the comfort offered by the hope that there was an actual path to nuking the state’s control over money, neutering the entire organism in the process. Real libertarian praxis. It was a revolution baby.

Today our battle cries have become catch phrases and empty prayers to some forgotten deity. Many know the words and repeat them zealously, but precious few internalize them and even fewer live by them.

I’m not sure what the point of this post is but all I know is that there’s a culture war brewing in bitcoin and those of us who actually believe in this liberty shit need to win.

No but I can point you in the right direction
