Migrated to @thj.

there was no space on the revolving floor so we're on the floor beneath. view is still amazing though.

we're there. we're having coffee in the top of that. revolving restaurant.

heading out in my friend's car

we are having coffee here today: the rotating restaurant in Tyholttårnet. i'm in Trondheim visiting a friend. mini summer vacation.

on the move. today is flight day. heading to the train station to take the express train to the airport. couldn't be bothered to pack a suitcase last night, so i just stuffed everything in my backpack instead. it's only 3 days, after all. also my first time travelling without a laptop. i just have my phone and my headphones.

Litteraturhuset (House of Literature) in Oslo is the only place i know of where you can buy a book and then read it while having dinner and a glass of champagne.

i wish more buildings were like this. most public spaces are outdoors, which is rather miserable in the middle of January.

the little "cat door" i sometimes make when i want to sleep but the cat wants to walk in and out.

"do you do this for a living?"

"no, i have ADHD and i'm hyperfocusing"

it's really tempting to remove those fixtures and install my own. you're supposed to call an electrician but i know how to turn off a circuit breaker and wire live, neutral and ground, so i might do it...

if they made smart bulbs in this form factor, i'd buy them. i have two of these light fixtures that came with the apartment and i have no control over their colour temperature.

are new desktop computers more silent? mine low-key sounds like an air conditioner and it's from 2014.
