How close is too close to be living near a cell tower?
“One accurate measurement is worth a thousand expert opinions”
— Rear Admiral Grace Murray
1. Residents within 400 m of the tower had more than 3x the cancer rate compared to those further away. Observed over 10 years.
Eger et al. (2004), Germany
2. People within 150 m of a tower experienced higher levels of headaches, sleep disruption, depression, and cognitive problems. RF levels upto 2,000 µW/m²
Navarro et al. (2003), Spain
3. Symptoms (headaches, poor sleep, concentration problems) correlated with measured RF exposure, not distance alone.
Lowest exposure group: <10 µW/m²
Highest exposure group: >1000 µW/m²
Hutter et al. (2006), Austria
4. Residents living <300 m from towers had significantly worse performance on neuro tests.
Abdel-Rassoul et al. (2007), Egypt
5. Dose-response observed: Symptoms like fatigue, nausea, irritability increased with proximity <300 m.
Santini et al. (2002), France
6. RF exposure from base stations significantly associated with sleep issues and mental well-being, especially among people living within 500 m.
Röösli et al. (2004), Switzerland
It's a great meter for it's price.
But it costs almost 2x in India 😕

You're in the Elite 10 percentile already

The Earth = a Giant Magnetic Dipole
Two poles, One field.
This field extends far into space (magnetosphere)
But is strongest near the surface of the earth.
and because it’s a DIPOLE,
and not a monopole or uniform source...
Its Magnetic field strength drops off FAST
Not linearly, Not even by INVERSE SQUARE LAW..
It obeys the INVERSE CUBE LAW
Magnetic field strength ∝ 1 / r³
Now imagine being a Pilot ..
The Earth = a Giant Magnetic Dipole
Dipole, two poles
This dipole extends far into space (the magnetosphere), but is strongest near the surface.
Now, because it’s a dipole, its field obeys:
Magnetic field strength ∝ 1 / r³
so when you're flying in a plane
You’re increasing your distance from the source of Earth’s magnetic dipole
IT goes INVERSE CUBE LAW

“Should I’ve my screen red when working outside in daylight?”
You don’t have to.
The LUX levels outdoors, especially under sunlight, are insanely high. We’re talking 10,000 to 100,000+ lux, depending on cloud cover.
Red light filters are useful indoors, where artificial lighting from screens lacks the intensity & spectrum of sunlight.

i know. it's crazy out there. pendants/stickers what not. Most of the time, a $150 meter will tell you more than a $500 harmonizer 🙃

Our biology is designed to work perfectly with these 3 electromagnetic fields electromagnetic fields :
— The EMF spectrum of the sun☀️ (280-3000 nm)
— Earth's Magnetic Field 🧲(0.25 to 0.65 gauss)
— Schumann resonance ⚡(7.83 Hz & harmonics)
This was the case until our environment changed in 1893 when Tesla electrified the world.

Let's talk about the EMFs generated from Wireless Chargers..
Wireless chargers use inductive coupling, which requires coils inside the pad & your phone.
These coils generate oscillating AC magnetic fields, typically in the 110–205 kHz range (at a higher frequency than your typical powerline)
This is the core tech of Qi and MagSafe.
These are NOT passive fields, they’re pulsed, often modulated to detect & adjust to the phone’s needs.
Even if there’s no phone on it,
Wireless charger that’s plugged into the wall emits AC Electric fields.
These AC fields couple capacitively to your body, especially in low conductivity environments (e.g. synthetic shoes, insulated floors), bad news for your nervous system.
If the charger is a SMART/ MagSafe-compatible charger, it might also include Bluetooth (2.45 GHz) /NFC (13.56 MHz) chips to detect the device & optimize power delivery.
If that's the case, then it emit low-level RF continuously / periodically (even when not charging)
Also, these wireless chargers include Switch Mode Power Supplies (SMPS) for their compact size.
These chop up the electricity at high frequencies, often in the 20–150 KHz range, but with spikes well into the MHz range. This creates high frequency voltage transients on your home wiring (also called Dirty electricity)
TL:DR;
Treat it like a mini microwave.
Use at a distance (2+ meters) & unplug it when you’re not actively using it.
or better yet, stick to Wired Chargers.

Ra-Optics is now recommending people to wear these so-called “circadian-activating” lenses in the morning natural daylight.
GRIFTERS.

Population density is the real problem when it comes to the 5G mmWave crisis
More people crammed together = More towers = More exposure
But try telling that to the army of smart idiots flexing over 2 minute movie downloads like it’s some kind of IQ test.
It’s a status war between minds that gave up critical thinking for faster buffering
